Gai Lan

Gai Lan, commonly known as Chinese Broccoli, has thick stems and dark green leaves, both of which are edible. Add to Asian-style dishes or blanch it for a nutritious side dish. Gai lan has a similar flavour to regular broccoli, but without the characteristic large flower heads.
