DirectionPreparation • Combine vinegar and shallot in medium bowl. Whisk in both oils. Season dressing to taste with salt and pepper. • Place watercress, chicken, cheese, and apricots in large bowl. Add dressing; toss. • Divide salad among 4 plates. Sprinkle each with almonds.
