Ingredient1 Bag SlenderStems™ Broccoli 2 tablespoon olive oil / or butter and salt 1-2 tbsp roasted pinenuts Lemon juice and finely grated rind
DirectionTrim ends off SlenderStems™ Broccoli (approximately 1/2 cm). Place in a pot of salted boiling water for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender and bright green colour. Drain the SlenderStems™ Broccoli. Garnish with a sprinkling of salt and melted butter or olive oil, lemon juice and roasted pinenuts or a dressing of your choice. Serve immediately.
